Pretty sweet...

I'm always wondering if anyone has gotten powerstrip to run an arcademonitor directly...  It seems like it should...

Yes. However, this is definately a YMMV situation. Some got it working with no trouble, others couldn't get it to work with hours of trying.

Knowing my pc monitor has a safety feature when the sync is out of range. I tested the arcade mode in powerstrip when I hit "add new resolution" button my pc monitor went into safety made and displayed
"sync out of range-15KHZ"

I have a trouble with powerstrip that when I run it in non-safe mode (ddc?? or some acry) my nec multisync doesn't sync up anymore.

I haven't tried any of my other monitors..

So... with the right settings... you SHOULD be able to set this up

320x240x15hz right?  I have an arcade monitor with vga adapter ready to plug in (for use with my dreamcast).  I would LOVE to get mame running on it (for driving games... where my dreamcast is plugged in.

After doing some digging it seems that powerstrip loves nvida cards. And all the folks who got their LCD's running
used the"640x480i (Arcade)" setting. Also after spending some time in those forums the best lcd to use is the lcd made by sony.
Also I tested the 320x240 and the pixel clock went to 5.347khz I don't think any monitor will work off that.
