Also the human body isn't one temperature anyway. 98.6 is the average.... it varies from person to person. I run a little cold as does my mother.
In regards to the foot. You all are aware that the distance has changed a lot over the years even though it's still called the same thing. The yards we use today are based on sewing, which in turn was based upon ship measurements (the sails, the rigging, ect.).... feet are based upon carpentry, ect. They were adjusted into units that worked well with the professions that had to measure with that scale the most. It's starting to become less relevant in regards to carpentry now that soulless corporations manufacture lumber and 3/4 plywood isn't quite 3/4" 2x4"s are 1.5x3 ect.....
