Trying to configure this to work with logitech g27 acc & brake but i cant get it to move away from one axis, so accelerate pressed equals accelerate and release of it brakes. Which is shite.
Ive tried a number of things with no luck or just results in no pedal working.

Is there a solution or is at best accelerate pedal working with another button on the wheel or shifter controlling the brake?

Those old PC games were made for joysticks.  Steering on the X axis and brake/gas both on the Y axis.
There really isn't a solution other than setting your pedals to combined.

If you can map a keyboard key to brake, then you could use Logitech profiler to have the brake pedal post that key instead of an axis.
It won't be analog, but it may work more like the way you want.

Why not just make a profile for it in Logitech Profiler that makes it have the pedals combined for that game?

Logitech Profiler is a program for Logitech controllers (including wheels).

It allows you to have different wheel settings for individual games (or emulators).
It detects when the exe is running and changes the settings automatically.

Most old games require you to have the pedals marked combined in Windows (under controller settings accessed by right clicking the controller under windows devices, but it's different for different versions of windows).

Profiler will allow you to have different settings for each game instead of just using the settings in Windows.
You'll have to create a profile, point it to the exe, and then customize the settings.
It's been years since I messed with it, but I'm pretty sure the setting for combined pedals is under "Specific Game Settings"

Like I said the PC game was designed to be played with a joystick.  You can't push a joystick both up and down at the same time.

If there is a keyboard key for brake, you can use Logitech Profiler to have the brake pedal post that key instead.
I've never done it for that game, so I can't say how well it would work.
Just try it.

I played pc version over the weekend. Force feedback works too

I dropped about 3 hours trying to get this game to work so i could play lan. I gave up.
I have a joystick controller and a wheel, it would never map to my wheel even when i disabled the joystick i had problems.
I couldn't modify the resolution to my tv's, even when hacking the hex values per guide. Tried on 2 separate occasions as i hate being defeated. Gave up in the end and swore never to touch it again. One day supermodel3 will have network support

Yeah I don't have a joystick in my config otherwise it works well for me

I hope supermodel will get network eventually too however nik hasn't done any work on supermodel in over 2 years plus I heard from someone ages ago who had a copy of the network build that it was very buggy and un-stable and wouldn't work with anything more then 2 player.

Cross our fingers that one day someone will pick this up, but it seems most people don't care for network

I had a quick look at the resolution hack but couldn't even find the hex they mentioned in the code of my version.
Had to get the game to run in Win95 compat mode otherwise it would give os error and not run.
