My friend had eye surgery. His eyes were bad from birth and used to have to wear thick glasses to see. Anyway for his 30th birthday he decided to treat himself to laser surgery. He said it was fairly painless and the results were fantastic. The procedure was done when he was awake strapped into a chair clock work orange style, and didnt take very long at all. Think he said the only downside was that it was not a permanent fix as such as his eyes would degrade again with age but that happens to us all anyway so no biggy really. I looked into myself but my eyes were not considered to be bad enough to bother doing it. |
