OK, I'm going to book within the next couple of days... Still looking for someone to go halves with on a hotel room.
I'm hoping to arrive on Friday morning - and leaving on Monday (3 nights stay - Friday, Saturday and Sunday night).

Rooms come with two double queen beds, so no spooning - sorry to disappoint.

Let me know, I can make the reservation and we can work the details out later.

Any takers on a shared room at the Marriott (Yots linked to it)? I'm booking my flight now, but I'm trying to decide if I should stay until Sunday night for a 9pm flight or to leave on Monday at 9pm instead.

Most likely, I will probably be arriving in AZ on Thursday night at 9pm, so I will be staying at the Marriott on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. Returning to NY on Sunday night for a 9pm departure.

Not many options flight-wise since I'm taking a direct flight this time. No layovers for me, I'm to old for that crap! Last time I was traveling all day.

IT'S TIME!!! T-SHIRT TIME
To make this easier to track who wants what, I've created the following Google Form

2017 BYOAC/ARW ZapCon T-Shirt Interest Form

Go through it and fill it out once for each shirt that you want to order. So if you and your wife are coming and you want two shirts, fill it out twice (you have the option to submit again on the confirmation page). Make sure you choose between the Official Black color or the alternate Carolina Blue.

If you notice, there is an option for Arcade Restoration Workshop shirts. Those are for the Local Phoenix collector site. Last year I loved the brotherhood between that group and BYOAC, and I wanted something that would tie our two groups together. They are also invited to our pregame festivities as well.

Note the following-

This does not commit you to buy anything. This just centralizes everything and makes it easier to get to my shirt guy when the time comes.

The official shirt is only open to ZapCon attendees who are BYOAC members, and their guests who are attending the show. "Been there, saw that, got the t-shirt" applies here.

There IS AN option for "The Wife Said No" backs, but there is no guarantee that I'll do them. It might depend on numbers.

T-shirts will be distributed initially at the Friday Night Monestary Meet-Up. If you can't go, I'll have them with me Saturday morning. Official shirts will not be shipped.

Shirts are still only be $10 each. I'll start collecting funds in 2 weeks or so, so we have plenty of time for printing.

Just submitted my two today. I chose black this year for both, since I had two different colors last year. (Holy Crap I'm going two years in a row?!?!?).

On the design: Is there any way we can have the BYOAC logo that's on the back also printed on the front in the pocket section on the upper right (smaller)? Or send me the file and I'll roll my own.

I found that the BYOAC lettering is covered by the lanyards I wear (and the mic when I shoot video). Thoughts?

Also, if you're on the edge of going/not going, I have a plan in the works to have the creator or DKRemix (John Kowalski) ship over his PROTOTYPE DKRemixJR daughtercard for display at the show. He's already commited to it. We are just working out the logistics of a donor cab (which Joe @HighScoreSaves.com is working on). Get a chance to experience arcade history in the making in person folks!

P.S. Yots - Your shirt guy rules. I ordered these from your guy and a official Zapcon one last year and the Zapcon shrunk immediately since it was made of cheaper material. These shirts here are nice and thick.

Oh, if you're not planning to go to ZapCon but you want one of "the wife said no" t-shirts, go ahead and put yourself down. If I get a certain amount of requests, I'll go ahead and do them up. This doesn't commit you to buy at this point in time. I'm just curious to see if people really want them. Assume around 15 bucks shipped in the US.

Oh, I forgot to mention, anyone going to ZapCon is also getting another free 11x17 original Opt2Not print. Last year it was Janky Kong. This year it's a really cool original piece he made that he gave me permission to reproduce. Good news is he might even be there on hand autograph them himself! Glee!
