Skee ball conversion questions

Hi Group,
I have a question about converting a Skee Ball machine to a different model regarding the score field. I hope someone might be knowledgeable regarding the mechanics of these machines and might give me some experience based advice.

My current machine does not have the score holes in the upper right and left hand corners. I would like to convert it to the model that does.

Which components would I need to get to accomplish this?
