Hi, My son has the above player (10gig)(Out of Warranty) which will not power up. The display says failed to load file and to reset (which does not solve the problem) or update hard disk system. Cannot do the latter from the PC because unit is not recognised. Any solutions? Can the unit be repaired? Thomson are no help. Thanks. PB.
