A-PAC config problems

Hello guys,
I'm using an original sega rally 2 pedals (with the original pots) with a G25 wheel.

Using the a-pac i had no problem configuring the controls on:
» nebulas Model 2 emulator 1.1a
» Pc Games (F1 2015 + Dirt + Grid)

Couldnt find a way to configure:
» Supermodel
» some old pc games (sega rally 2 + sega revo and Outrun Coast to Coast)

I can live without the old pc games||| :)

My a-pac connections attached.

What can i do?
