You could find a rom name and indeed the rom itself with a little googling if you so wished.
Scott has hardly flaunted the rules imo.
See, I'm going to disagree with you here. Now I don't think Scott necessarily did anything wrong, but you know as well as I did that the way he presented that information, he pretty much just stopped short of violating Rule 5. The poster didn't mention what specific ROM name he was looking for (he provide the game), but Scott gave him the name of it. Scott also mentioned ROM sites without singling out a specific one. You know did it so that the poster could put two and two together and find it himself. Again, I don't think his status as a moderator or anything means it's worse that HE did it, but you know as well as I do that was his intent. Scott's a big boy, he doesn't need any defenders. I just happen to agree with Ark's observation, even if I don't necessarily agree with the accusation he's throwing at Scott.
It's like in school when we tell the kids names of banned books and then tell them specifically not to read them. We do it because we know they'll now search them out, and if they have titles it makes a lot easier.
