Need help with Mame UI
« on: January 23, 2016, 11:34:26 am »
I have a 25 inch vertical cab with 6 buttons and joystick using groovymame.
I am not using a frontend, but just the Mame UI.
My button layout is:
1 joystick in the center.
2 buttons to the left
2 buttons to the right
1 and 2 player buttons at the top.
The joystick is controlling the up and down navigaton of the Mame UI, but what is the best way to setup the buttons to exit and the game, and also button to  select game.
Also, is there any way to have the machine shutdown once I exit the Mame UI?

Would this be easier using a frontend, or is it possible just using the Mame UI?
