WTB ArcadeVGA card PCI-Express

I'm hitting a brick wall repeatedly while trying to configure my Mame setup to run in 15Khz.  I have the video card, I just have been having trouble.  That said, I'm still going to work on it with another computer, but I miss gaming.  I want to buy an ArcadeVGA card so I can play NOW and then work on figuring out the 15Khz WinXP 32 bit for the higher amount of resolutions.

Does anyone have one they want to sell?
