Hantarex MTC 900E wiring question

Hi, I Need some help to verify the position on two wires on the neckboard on this MTC900E. Neckboard is NE04.
i can see where the wires should be Connected, but need help to sort out how the wires are Connected.
Wires is from flyback and GND strap on the tube.
