soft15khz medium res model 2
« on: August 14, 2015, 09:47:36 pm »
Hey,

So I've got an original daytona monitor I want to send signal from my pc at native 24khz - 496x384 res (Sanwa PM 1745 Chasis + Toshiba Tube). I've installed soft15khz and the resolution is available. I have an ATI HD 4650 I am getting a signal on my monitor when I select 496x384, through the ultimarc video amp. The monitor gets a picture however I am getting a high pitched whistle from the monitor ( I assume because of wrong resolution settings). Can anybody assist me in getting this working? I would appreciate any help.

Regards, Alex.

Sorted the issue. Was the monitor "screen" adjustment. Frequency must have been out. I have aligned it back with the texta marking on the adjustment knob. Glad it works now :D
