SSTV's
« on: July 20, 2015, 01:35:25 pm »
Anyone look at some of the newer SSTV's coming on the market? I saw a Samsung one at Costco-->LH48RMDPLGA

Being that it is still an LCD and comes with issues related to that tech, it does have an 8ms refresh, boasts good viewing angles and has an ability to show images in different areas. It's this last feature that made me think this would be useful for people wanting to have digital bezels on their games. Does anyone know how these panels are different to allow the display to do this? Is it more like a CRT in how it scales things? or are the locations on the panel "fixed" bins that images or text can go to?
