NSM Ultimate (ES6) Issues... software problem?
« on: July 26, 2015, 05:24:42 pm »
Hello all,

New to the group  :)

I've recently bought a NSM Ultimate 100-cd jukebox. The mechanisms all seem fine but it is not behaving as it should. First of all, I can't get it to go on 'freeplay' i.e unlimited credits. Instead, I have been manually adding credits in service mode. I have found another problem here though - it will be on 100+ credits one minute, but then randomly reset the counter to zero  :(

It also often repeats songs that have been selected once a number of times, and it will also sometimes just randomly play a track when nothing has been selected (I don't want it to do this as I have an auxiliary input that I want to play when no tracks have been picked).

Any ideas what the problem might be? Hardware? Software? Can I reinstall the software somehow?

Any suggestions welcome!

Wilberforce.
