J-Pac not recognized by New PC Games

All,

I have a J-Pac hooked up running a HyperSpin setup. I have all emulator running completely fine with no issues, however I decided to add a few of the newer PC games, Mortal Kombat X, Super StreetFighter IV: Arcade edition. I can launch all the games from within HyperSpin but unable to use any controls once launched. If I use a mouse and keyboard I can go into the Controls but my Joysticks and buttons that are attached to a J-Pac are un-recognized.  I also tried to launch the games outside of HS with no luck.  Have any of you ever had this issue.
