JLF in a MVS

Yesterday I bought a neo geo mvs-2-25. I want to swap the joysticks for my jlf's. Anyone know if/which adaptor plate I could use from paradise arcade?

I sent them an email last night. Figured the MVS and jlf are common enough that some one here might know.

If I had to guess I'd say it was this one:
http://www.paradisearcadeshop.com/mounting-plates/1175-universal-arcade-joystick-adapter-plate.html
The description says, "Easy to use adapter plate for all the popular Sanwa, Seimitsu, IL and Happ joysticks that allows easy swapping between brands."
However, even with the adapter, I think the thickness of the panel may be an issue. JLF's were made for metal, not 3/4" wood. (You can get away with 1/2" wood thickness as I did on my Vigolix cabs with the JLFs).

Neo Geo's have metal panels, so thickness of the panel shouldn't be an issue.
I wish neph rings were still being made. Could have one made and use it as the plate for dual purpose.
