using photoshop, how do i resize an image to 65 by 65 pixels, and still have the same proportions?

and yes, i am a complete photoshop newbie...

You don't have to use such a high-powered program for something so simple. You can do it in Paint.

Just select the entire image, choose you new size as a ratio and then resize your canvas. You don't have 100's of other tools getting in the way.

alright, resized and everything, and hosted at tripod, now all i got is a "hosted by tripod" image. WTF is that?

Most free webhosts don't allow for "offsite linking".  Some do, but I couldn't tell you which ones.  Um, doesn't your ISP give you some webspace?

I actually thought that what retroborg did was poor "netiquette".  He's basically making BYOAC host his avatar and sig over and over and over.  If Saint is cool with it, then great, but I wouldn't have done that.
