Currently messing around with a 1980 Plymouth Arrow pickup. My dad bought it brand new in November of '79. Engine & transmission rebuilt, new gas tank, new suspension all way around, new exhaust from the engine to tailpipe, replaced the stock POS Mikuni carb with an electric choke Weber. Had it running great, passed emissions with plenty of margin. Picked up 1400 pounds of laminate flooring from Lowes in it, no problem. Damn flexplate cracked on me (it's an automatic) and I can't start it anymore. Can't find a replacement, so the truck has been sitting idle since last year. |
