Standard Mala Load Screen......... how to replace ?

I often include a load screen when I do a layout for a customer.
I know how to configure it when I'm doing the layout.
The last layout set I did (4 layouts) probably has about 10 versions combined.
I can go into each one and set up the load screen, but I noticed that when I use a layout without a load screen (since I enabled the option) that Mala has a standard load screen.

I looked thru the Mala folders and I do not see this. I'd like to locate it and replace it. This way regardless of the layout the customer selects he would get the load screen for every layout.

Anyone know what I'm talking about and how to change this ??
