*Possible* Tearing Issue
« on: March 06, 2015, 03:56:08 pm »
Hey Calamity,

I noticed some weird behaviour playing a game recently. The closest thing I can describe the issue is like tearing.

The game in question was Fighter and Attacker, a vertical shooter which i was playing on a horizontal monitor in my cab.

There was a vertical line in the right hand of the screen which rippled (like tearing maybe) from left to right and vice versa as I moved the ship.

I hope this description makes sense, I was unable to capture it on video.

I've attached a log file for the game.
I'm running gm158

Thanks

When I play on LCD and I use option prescale higher than 1 than I also can see 1 or lines but those line are always in the same position on screen. This happens with official mame.
