Yes, it appears to be a JST XH series.  This is crossed by many Chinese OEMs under various names.  The mate is p/n XHP-2 and uses SXH-001T-P0.6 crimp contacts.  Digi-Key stocks both and will sell singles.  You can crimp them reasonably successfully with the popular/cheap "D-Sub Crimper" that Radio Shack and whatnot sell, though it's not the greatest option.

Unrelated, that capacitor appears to be defective (doming on top).
