Logic Probe to troubleshoot ROM chips
« on: December 05, 2014, 11:22:39 pm »
When using a Logic Probe, how do you tell if the ROM or RAM chips aren't working?

What software programs do you use to back up the ROM data and Load the ROM arcade code
into the ROM chips?
