I'm finally done!   ;D  Just a few little nit-picky things here and there.  It was a gutted Sidearms when I got it, now its my son's favorite piece of furniture!  Thanks to everyone who helped answer my questions on this board!   ;D

Looks great.  I like the blue T molding on black.

I'll tell you, the project looks good.  I agree with the the blue on black comment.

It looks as if you made a custom CP so that it came out beyond the front of the cabinet.  Is this right?  I am looking at a specific cabinet that I wanted to convert, but was worried about CP size.  This is a great alternative to cramming everything in.  Well done.

That blue T-molding looks great, i love the look of that cabinet, not sure whether I like the marquee though, I guess I prefer just one name on the marquee.

That's exactly right.  I kept the CP the same width as the original, but extended to outward to incorporate the controls I wanted.

Thanks, everyone, for the kind words.  I really like the way the color scheme worked out too.  It's unique but not too over the top.   :)

I usually don't like non-black t-molding, but this is one of the exceptions.  That looks really cool.  I think your color scheme would also be nice for a Tron-themed cabinet.

I like how your custom control panel is done too.  It looks nice enough that I didn't even notice that you did it that way to make room beyond that of the original sides (until I saw PB's message).
