  • I want to build my own arcade controls!
im somewhat new to the arcade world, but after doing some research, I decided to thrown a 500 in 1 blue elf pcb in the cab, to play some of the side scrollers....
I have the neo geo cab, blue elf pcb, the paradise arcade elf ground correcting board, and the jammaboard.com neo to jamma converter...........what order do I plug this stuff in to make it work? if I can with these componets....I can get the elf to load, but the controls do not work so instead of cutting up my harness ( since I want to swap from the neo geo mvs and the elf) I bought the paradise grounding correcting board....I ran it elf to neo to jamma then the paradise board, and I still have no controls except for the 1st player "C" button.......

any ideas? thanks

are there any dip switches on the board?

You could always flip a dip see if it puts you to test menu, and if no switch it back. If you dont want to experiment on it, do you have a test or service button hooked up to your JAMMA rig?
