Sharing MaLa layouts or backgrounds - is there a place?

I've found a few backgrounds using Google that I liked, and I know there are sites that have a few layouts - is there a central web site that allows people to share their layouts or at least backgrounds?

Maybe a sticky here?

Complete layouts can be posted on the MaLa site.
As for just backgrounds I guess you could create a thread.
