Nintendo cocktail pushbutton

Anyone know where I can get these pushbuttons? I tried looking for Nintendo pushbuttons, but they look different. They came out of a Donkey Kong Jr cocktail cabinet. Also is there any reason why the micro switches to only the pushbutton have ??? flags ??? on them?
