No idea.
Don't think that is an original dedicated cabinet of any sort anyway.

I only remember some Data East cabinets with convex marquees but that side profile hints at a Taito shape (which it isn't that either- the angles and proportions are wrong.)

Purpose built multicade cabinet from the get-go it appears.
Maybe factory built, maybe not!
