command prompt issue-solved
« on: December 07, 2013, 12:55:11 pm »
hello I just deleted and reinstalled my old and the new version of mame command line and no matter what I type it I cannot get anything but the execute to run from command line.  ive tried opening the folder and copying and pasting link in command line in the d drive mame151 folder, ive switched to the d drive with cd\ enter, d: enter, mame151 enter that's the path but it always says not recognized as internal external command. if the execute works it has to be something im mistyping ive gotten it before but was also wondering if I just move them to the c drive or desktop and run it from there. thanks
got it after looking through some threads I missed before I just wasn't typing cd before the command, now I just have to point it in the roms path which I assume I set from the mam.ini file I created right?
