Post a picture so I know what part you are talking about as google has no results for "Defender Video Transformer". I probably have what you want.
Acceptance of Zen philosophy is marred slightly by the nagging thought that if all things are interconnected, then all things must be in some way involved with Pauly Shore.

I have one of those in a project cabinet. I'll sell it to you if I end up parting the project (as people keep wanting to buy just the boards).

I just pulled the isolation transformer that you pictured, along with the wood board it is mounted to and the wires attached to it if you still need it
