Telco KT-1403V
« on: March 26, 2013, 04:16:59 pm »
Hello,
I come from germany and my english is not so good, sorry.  ;)
I hope I can find help here. I have a merrit megatouch XL with a Telco KT-1403V Monitor.
The monitor start up with unplug the signalcable from the motherboard.
If I plug in the connector, the monitor turns off with a horizontal line.
The motherboard is OK, because I tested it with a PC-Screen.
Where can I find the schematics?

lg
Jürgen

Thank you Ken !

It work now.  There was a capacitor broken, C414 3,9nF 2KV in the horizontal output stage.

My Mainboard is a little different from your repair guide and from the schematic.

For example you wrote: "The horizontal output transistor is type BU2508DF (has internal damper diode) which crosses to an NTE 2353."

But I have a BU2508AF without the damper diode. (and much more little differents)

But now I'm happy and can play my Merit.

Greetings
Jürgen
