yeah, that is the only "too bad" that I can see. There are a million and one legal incarnations and sources of pacman that you could use to churn these out and sell em, but Donkey Kong has been pretty heavily guarded, and DK fits the barrel theme perfectly.

It looks like a fairly straightforward build. Just put together a mini arcade system and stick it inside a barrel.

I'm guessing that little black thing the VGA cable's coming out of is one of those SLG's you see often, what kind of scaler is it attached to though?

You don't need a scaler for the 60-in-1 boards...they have VGA out.

Derp, not familiar with multiboards.  I was assuming it was native res, but I guess that could be difficult with all the various resolutions of the different games.  Sorry for all the dumb questions.

^ Tried posting that weeks ago when it was revelant, but just noticed it didn't make it up.

Anyhow, just wanted to say this thing looks amazing.  I like how the glass just sits freely on the rubber pads.  Looks super clean without bolts/bracket/etc.  I have a coffee table just like that and I know what you mean, with the weight of the glass it's not going anywhere.

You ought to go to the sites that posted the pic and place a post in them about it being up for sale - (or contact the sites and see if they'd add that info and a link into their stories about it ) - figure that might get more bids rolling in and figure if they're gonna use the pic without asking might as well get something out of it !

That's the current bid -- still has 6 days before the auction ends and evidently it has a higher reserve than that so will not be sold if that is the last offer - but usually the bids don't really come in until the final hours so we'll just have to wait and see what happens.

Frikkin nightmare. eBay is a pain in the ass.

I needed to add extra detail about size, weight and also include the words Donkey Kong in the title as it wasn't even showing up in search. Half an hour on the phone asking ebay why the form kept giving me a generic error when trying to edit the info and they tell me that you can't edit the info after someone has made a bid. This seems fair enough but the error message you get from the edit form is 'Insert valid data" not "Sorry you can not make additions after a bid has been placed on your item"
