Securing the back panel of a bartop

I am currently designing a bartop and want to secure the back panel with some sort of screws or bolts that I can undo with just my fingers when I need to get in to it. I was thinking about something along the lines of the toolless screws on the back of a PC case but they are made for very thin metal. My back panel will be either 1/8" or 1/4" thick but I am leaning more to a 1/4" thick at this point in the design. Although if my only option was to keep it 1/8", I can make the sides of where the screw/blots sit that thin and the rest of it 1/4". Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Use wing nuts or allen head bolt and just finger tighten them.  The heads of allen head bolts are about the same size head as the head of the toolless screws you thought about.  then you could get the lenth you need for what ever thickness the back panel us.

Bender, did you have something specific on mind? Would they interfere with the motherboard, hard drive or lcd?

Really strong earth magnets (I think that is what they are called) should be kept out of reach of the hard drive.  They should not  bother anything else except an older CRT/Monitor it one is being used.
