Have a Party Animal Pin and when you turn the machine on the sound volume is very low.
I have to turn the varistor on the sound board (A080-91864-C000) to increase the volume.
What can I DO TO FIX THE PROBLEM?

Check connections to your speakers.
Turn all physical adjustments related to volume back and forth several times.
Start simple.

What Jim said. If the sound scratches or pops when you move the volume pot then it needs cleaning. That's another indicator.
