how to generate mame ini from groovy mame?

also wat settings do i set it at, i did the vmaker thing it found 120 modes but i never got a  mame ini?

From command line, type groovymame.exe -cc

 - From command line, run: groovymame.exe -v romname >romname.txt
 - Attach resulting romname.txt file to your post, instead of pasting it.
