Arcade Ambiance Project causes no other audio to be played ?

I've enabled Arcade Ambiance Project to play in the background when using MaLa.
It's an awesome project, I love it.
However when I have Mala enabled to play background music the music and sounds in the emulators dont play.
Any ideas ?

Was messing around again, same issue.
Background music off, and music works in the emulators (Fusion, FCEultra, Project 64).
Music on, the music in the emulators not working.

I'm not going to sweat it, however when I add sound effects to the menu itself I hope that does not mess with  the emulator audio.

Recieved a PM with a possible fix for this.
I'll give it a shot tonight and post the findings.

SOLVED - seems like having the "fade" option checked in the audio section caused the problem.
It was suggest to me via PM to try that, I did, and issue solved.
