Need help configuring Marquee and CP on 2nd/3rd screens

Originally my plan was to use CPwizard to create my CP layouts and display them on a 7" screen that will be embedded into my control panel (Monitor 3). I also want to be able to show a game's marquee on my backglass (monitor 2) while it is being played on the main screen (monitor 1).

I understand that I can get CPwizard to show an info menu by hitting the 'Show' key in Mame, but I'd like to have the Marquee and CP for each game constantly showing on my 2nd and 3rd monitors. I will be using Hyperspin as my FE.

I think I can use Mame Hooker to display the marquee on my 2nd monitor, I was wondering if I can get it to display the CP layouts on the 3rd monitor?

At a push I guess I could display the Marquee at the top of the 2nd screen and the CP underneath it by modding the Mame Hooker layouts in this tutorial...

But it would be nice to be able to have the option to show the controls down on the CP mini monitor as it will sit right above the trackball between the joysticks and buttons.

I'm not familiar with Mamehooker,  but the first thing I'd try is to launch a second instance of Mamehooker.  This might require doing a second installation,  to a second directory.  Some programs you can do that with,  some programs you can't.

I've actually toyed around with the idea of writing a app/plugin that would display the control panel/instructions(For consoles) and even a list of special moves to a third monitor,  but interest seems pretty low in it so I haven't pursued it (Especially since it involes me buying a second monitor).

The other idea I've toyed with is a touchpad and a wi-fi built in,  setup an app on the computer and the touchpad,  and then broadcast the game to the touchpad which would then display the above.  Might actually be a cleaner solution,  since 3rd monitors in this configuration tend to be those RGB or USB models which introduce problems.

SO far I just opted for Mame Hooker, it was super simple to put a marquee on my second screen with a control panel underneath, looks great.
