  • Laser Death Ray Bargain Bin! Make me an offer!
I went over to the swap meet Saturday. Jeez, at 9:30, everyone was gone! It was supposed to run 8-12, so that was a total dud.

Went back sun morning to the actual show. Pretty good, we had fun, played a few pins I'd never seen before (which is most all of them  :) ).

The Hercules (Worlds largest pinball) was different, but REALLY slow.

They were making a huge deal of the new ACDC pinball, looked ok but there was always a line to play it, so I never did.

They didn't seem to have as many machines this year. But I will say the one's they had seemed to work more often than they did last year.

I saw one game that I'd never seen before, Atari Quantum. It's a bit like qix, but with a trackball. Very different game.

I also really had fun playing defender for the first time in, well, ever. Damn that game is tough.

Anyone else make it over there?
