I recently received my shipment form Ultimarc but was missing a joystick.  Does anyone know how good there customer support is, because I still need the other joystick.

I've dealt with Andy personally, he is very quick to fix any discrepancies, go ahead and shoot him an email!

If we have short shipped we will of course fix the problem! It would be much more effective to let us know than to post on here!

This.

Nobody wants to deal with someone who takes his issues public before even informing the seller.

And even a cursory search would have revealed how good Utlimarc's customer service is.

Andy is 200%   Why go public with this before sending Andy an email?

He probably Emailed him first and didn't get a reply quick enough. He didn't say anything bad, it was only a question. Not like he said-
"WTF is my Starwars Cockpit!!!"

Andy's customer support is top notch. Period.

Why you didn't bother to email him first is beyond me.

Andy responds as quick as you can spit.

Thanks, I already got it sorted out.  Within a matter of minutes i got a replie from Andy saying the missing part was shipped.  That is how customer service should be done, period.  Andy, you are THE BEST.  Many thanks.

Andy get's 10/10 for customer support. I Emailed him today about a query regarding how to wire a U-trak and got a very fast reply. Never heard anything bad said about him.
