PM limit

Can this be adjusted to more than 5 an hour or do I just need to be patient?   :)

I know it's been 5 for a while but don't recall when it was put into effect.  Was it because of Ummon or Driverman or one of those geniuses?

One of the reasons I was sending so many PMs is that I wanted to let the past winners of the Pick Em know that we were talking about doing another round this season in case they wanted to get back in.  Plus, I had a couple regarding a paypal transfer for a trade.  Nothing nefarious (this time).   :)
