I bought this case with the intent to transfer an XBOX motherboard into it. I got as far as fabricating an aluminum adapter plate to mount the XBOX MOBO to the ITX layout. I had also purchased two Iceberq 4 VGA coolers with the intent of replacing the CPU and VGA heatsinks on the XBOX MOBO.
Here's someone else's using the same case:

http://www.mini-itx.com/reviews/3688/Included with the case is the power supply and a foot for vertical placement like the PS2 or Wii. This one is black with the blue plastic front just the the xbox-scene example. Originally it came with the optical drive slot blocked off in case it wasn't used. I removed that cover years ago and it's not available.
I can't seem to find one of these for sale for price comparison but I believe it was $90 or so when I bought it 3+ years ago.
I would like to get
$40 for the case, $15 for the pair of Iceberqs and $10 for the aluminum adapter plate + shipping.
Make that $30 for the case, $5 for the aluminum plate + shipping. I've decided to keep one of the Iceberqs so just one is $7.Ideally this would sell as a bundle and I'm willing to come down a bit on the price if it does.
Here's a couple pictures of the adapter plate:
