Hmm I wonder if it is space invaders? Any idea on the max price it should sell for? Aside from someone paying an outrageous price just to pay that much.

If the board is an original Galaga, and the monitor works, I'd sell it for around $300.
The condition of the cabinet looks to be in pretty nice shape, so perhaps $350 would be the sweet spot. Anything more than that would be too much for a converted cabinet.

300? i have sold pacmans, moon cresta, and dk cabs for no less then 600. if you are not in a hurry, youll get some decent buyers, not cheap %*&%&^ like youll get here. But if you need quick cash , 300 seems a good offer.

Pacman and DK full-sized cabinets for $600, sure I can see that. Don't know what idiot bought a Moon Cresta off you for $600. Poor sap.
But for a converted cocktail SI cabinet (not even completely converted at that), $600 is laughable.

An original Galaga PCB goes for about $100 shipped, the monitor sells between $80-150 depending on the burn-in. These are the 2 big factors that make up most of the price, the rest is pretty much negligible.

If you're selling converted cocktails at no less than $600...remind me to avoid your sale posts. Where I come from that's called ripping people off.

Yeah i paid $300 i wouldnt say thats $200 more than I should have paid, it is an original galaga pcb and im not seeing any burn in on the monitor but the monitor needs a cap kit im sure of it. I would love to change to the galaga control panels but im not sure they would mount up to this as  is or if id have to build custom ones. I could just sale or trade off the space invaders controls to someone who could use them.

Anyone know if the control panels will mount up? And where i could aquire them from, if anyone has two and would like to trade for them let me know?

This is why I love BYOAC. I offered $250 and got this in response --> :laugh2:
Apparently I wasn't that far off :) Congrats on the purchase. It sure looks clean, even if it's a conversion.

If anyone has any control panels they would be willing to trade let me know, also looking for new top glass, and a galaga underlay.

You should be able to find what you need from the Arcade Shop: http://www.arcadeshop.com/parts.htm
Blank pair of cocktail control panels for $45 isn't bad.

Well one thing I really need to know before I buy is will these control panels fit my cocktail cabinet? Is hate to buy them and they won't mount up to the existing panel. If anyone knows the answer to this please let me know, I can't buy till I find out, thanks for your help all.
