overscan problem

Hi

I made a VGA cable SCRAT TO instructions. I plugged in television, there is a problem. Be default my TV needed little adjusting. Some games missing part of picture, overscan or even underscan (image not strecthed enough).
 , A video card that I use is ARCADE VGA 2,my tv is gurnding 21'.
 Does anybody have any solution?

check the sticker on the rear side of the tv . u will find modell and chassistype if it is a grundig . gurnding ?

It does not matter which model of television, because I  replacing A professional monitor, and still have the same problem.
 Published postures and here you can see it, thanks anyway
