Earthshaker, what are these boards?

Hey!

Does anyone know what these boards do/are? They're in the front of the machine,
where the coinbox usually is, next to the tilt plumb.

Those aren't factory. Possibly something to do with an electronic coin mech?
WTB: The Grid by Midway (2001), looking for 2 or more complete games, and large marquee

The white cable on the left run to the aux power board connector J9

Strange why these boards are just floating around
