Dumb question about Seimitsu LS-32

A few months ago I removed both bottom plastic plates (the two restrictors) from a Seimitsu LS-32. I don't know why, but after all this time I didn't lose the plastic plates but I did lose the bolts that kept those plastic plates in place.

So, can anyone tell me what threads size is needed, as well as the length?
