Nanao MS-2931 Chassis Problems

No neck glow at all.  When I put the probe on the B+ it goes kind of crazy and sometimes counts down to 0.  I've tried adjusting the B+ pot to different positions with no change.  There are no sounds afterward.  Only after it has been off for 20-30 seconds you can hear a faint click.

Yeah, just tested the 2933 and it shows a constant 180-something.  I tried the bad one again and it slowly counted down from 120-something.

sounds like something is loading down the power supply... it seems like it's trying to startup, but the load is causing it to shutdown.

that's kind of a bad thing. you really need the B+ to remain where it was, before everything went sideways on you... otherwise all sorts of other things can go wrong and it throws another wrench into the works... getting a proper B+ is now another thing you have to contend with.

I was afraid of that.  I put it back to where it was originally hopefully.  I'm kind of at the mercy of Joey/Jomac now.  I can't afford to send this back again.
