WTB Frogger Coctail Repro (or NOS) artwork

My brother and I just recently purchased an original frogger cocktail table which had been converted to Arkanoid.  Well the original frogger glass underlay artwork is gone as is the original joysticks, but other than that this machine is in top shape.  Does anyone sell reproduction artwork for the frogger cocktail?  If not does anyone have a high quality scan of the artwork?  A pic of what is needed is attached (not my cab but one just like it).  Thanks in advance.
