BobA:
Use a round over bit with a radius of 1/2 of your mdf size and ride the bearing on the middle of the MDF.

After I've done one side will the bearing have a large enough place to ride?

TO ALL CURRENT AND FUTURE CNC OWNERS AND OPERATORS
SIMULATE!
I made the stupid mistake of not simulating the paths on the left side of the cab and the bit was cutting to the left side of a line that it was supposed to be cutting to the right side of and now I have to redo the whole piece!
What not to do:

I guess I pretty much want to "bull-nose" the edge of the MDF but I've never done that before so any guidance would be great. I imagine I'd have to use a round over bit but what size and where to ride the bearing I'm a little confused on.

You can buy 1/2 t-molding in black or white, and colors in 5/8 (which trims up real nice to 1/2 inch) if you did want t-molding. I just test fit a piece of 3/4 inch on 1/2 MDF and it timmed up fine too.
