Hey all,
Tehkan video pinball available not too far from me for couple hundred.  Pinball Action, looks to be a 1985 machine that takes you thru 4 different fields, and in working condition.  Never seen one of these, worth taking a look?

Guy reached back out to me, machine still available. 

Think it's worth $150 or so to get the cabinet and MAME it exclusively for pinball?

$150 for a painted-blacked Midway cabinet? Sure.
(its probably a Pacman or Galaxian)
