terminated thread

yesterday i encountered the following problem. i added a pdf and png file to a post ( project announcements , aunt annis ..  ) and after reloading ie says done but stays blank. i cant access the thread anymore to delete the attachments. i m using ie 8 . any hints ?

There's some bug where occasionally a thread will break pretty much in the circumstances you've listed. What's the link to the thread?
